On the 25 August 1981, the probe Voyager 2 approached the Saturn system. The probe is carrying different detectors : magnetometers, plasma detectors, low-energy charged particles detectors, cosmic rays detectors, radiowaves receivers. Recordings were made. Interractions of the solar wind with planet’s magnetosphere, magnetosphere itself, electromagnetic fields, charged particles emissions, charged particle interactions of the planet, its moons, and the solar wind. All this electromagnetic phenomenons can be transformed into electric signals, which can in turn be amplified and used to excite the membrane of a loud speaker ; thus making audible to the human ear the rustling of the cosmos. All these sounds were recorded while Voyager 2 was passing at 110 000 km of Saturn’s system, and assembled without manipulation. mhlo.co now on iPhone! The Post Production Template is a very useful template to start out with because anything that has to do with recording requires some amount of post production. You can record on the fly, of course, but for the most part anything audio related needs some type of post production. When you open Pro Tools, the Quick Start dialog box should appear. Choose Create Session from Template and select Post Production from the drop down menu. There are a few different sub-options under Post Production and include the following: Basic 5.1 Mix (surround sound) Basic Stereo Mix (left and right channels) Basic Stereo with VO and M&E (voice over) Large Stereo TV Mix Sound FX 5.1 tracklay (surround sound, geared more for foley/sound effects) Try using a basic template such as Basic Stereo Mix and press OK. *Tip: To visually expand all of your tracks, press and hold Option on your keyboard and right-click on the left side ruler. Choose a size to view. The Basic Stereo Mix comes pre-loaded with many useful tracks, including ones for voice overs, syncs, mono use, stereo use, sound effects and music. Keep in mind that the Post Production templates are geared more for production that’s related to video, so many of the template options in this category are going to have those kinds of tracks. If you would like to add more bass to your music or give it a surround sound effect, here’s how to do it:While playing a video with Windows Media Player, right click the playing video and click Enhancements — SRS WOW effects.In this effects options window, you have several options: * Click Turn on to turn SRS Wow effects on. Click it again to turn it off. * Click Headphones to choose between headphones, normal speakers or large speakers. * Click and drag the TruBass slider to adjust the TruBass level. TruBass adds a deeper bass sound. * Click and drag the Wow Effect slider to adjust the Wow Effect level. Wow Effect simulates a surround sound effect. * Click the right or left arrow to go on to the next or previous effects options window. If your music is sounding too flat, you can adjust certain elements of it with the Graphic equalizer.1. While playing a video with Windows Media Player, right click the playing video and click Enhancements — Graphic equalizer.2. Click Turn on to turn Graphic equalizer on.
